Live platform status.
Every check on this page runs against the live platform at the moment you load it. No averages, no estimates, and no numbers typed in by hand.
Checking the platform…
Running live checks against the platform.
How this page works. Each component above is measured live — on load, then every 60 seconds — by opening a real connection and completing a real exchange: an SMTP greeting and EHLO, a TLS handshake and IMAP greeting, a JMAP request, a statement against the message database, and a write-then-read-back against encrypted storage. Nothing on this page is a cached score.
Why there is no uptime percentage. We publish no uptime figure and no SLA number, because we do not yet measure availability continuously from outside our own infrastructure. Publishing one would mean inventing it. When independent external monitoring is in place, the measured figure will appear here.
What this page cannot tell you. These checks run on the same host as the services they measure. If that host or its network fails completely, this page cannot report it — it would be unreachable too. You would instead see the red “cannot reach the status API” banner above, which is itself the signal. Independent off-host monitoring is the correct fix and is not in place yet.
Incident history.
No incidents reported.
Nothing has been published to this log since August 28, 2026. This section lists incidents we have written up; it is a record of what was reported, not an automated measurement of everything that has ever happened.
